Permitted use
Unless stated otherwise, purchased toolkits are licensed for internal organisational use by the purchasing entity.
No redistribution
Toolkit source files may not be resold, redistributed, repackaged, sublicensed or used to provide a competing commercial template product.
No certification guarantee
Materials support governance implementation and assurance preparation. They do not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice, certification, audit approval or a guarantee of compliance.
Internal outputs
Completed outputs may be shared with auditors, advisers, customers, regulators or internal stakeholders for assurance purposes, subject to the licence terms.
