Permitted use

Unless stated otherwise, purchased toolkits are licensed for internal organisational use by the purchasing entity.

No redistribution

Toolkit source files may not be resold, redistributed, repackaged, sublicensed or used to provide a competing commercial template product.

No certification guarantee

Materials support governance implementation and assurance preparation. They do not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice, certification, audit approval or a guarantee of compliance.

Authorised advisers

Each toolkit is licensed to one legal entity, the purchasing organisation. Its employees, and individual contractors, consultants or professional advisers acting on its behalf, may use the toolkit materials as authorised users, for that organisation's internal purposes only.

This does not give an adviser an independent or multi-client licence. Each additional legal entity needs its own licence. Advisers must not keep copies beyond their engagement and must delete them when no longer required.

This is a summary of the Licence, Use, Refund and IP Terms supplied with each toolkit. If there is any difference, the Licence prevails.

Internal outputs

Completed outputs may be shared with auditors, advisers, customers, regulators or internal stakeholders for assurance purposes, subject to the licence terms.
