Cookie Policy

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar browser storage technologies such as localStorage. This policy explains which technologies we use, why, and how you can manage your choices.
Essential cookies
These are strictly necessary for the website to function. They include the cookie that stores your cookie consent choice so we do not ask you again on every visit. No consent is required for essential cookies.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| aibi_cookie_consent_v1 | Stores your cookie consent choice | Until cleared |
| aibi_consent_v1 | Remembers your cookie choice (accepted or rejected) so it applies on both aibisystems.co.uk and check.aibisystems.co.uk and you are only asked once. It contains no personal data. | 6 months |
Checkout (Lemon Squeezy)
When you choose to buy a product, checkout opens in a secure overlay on this site, provided by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. On product and bundle pages we load Lemon Squeezy's checkout script so the overlay can open. Lemon Squeezy may set cookies or use similar storage that are strictly necessary to process your payment, prevent fraud and deliver your order. These are set by Lemon Squeezy, not by AIBI Systems, and are covered by Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy.
Analytics cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website, which pages are most visited, and how people find AIBI Systems. This helps us improve our content and services. No analytics cookies are placed until you accept.
The free AIBI Governance Diagnostic at check.aibisystems.co.uk uses the same cookie choice as this website, so you are only asked once, and it reports to the same Google Analytics 4 property. If you change your choice on either site, it applies to both. With your consent the diagnostic records how the diagnostic is used, such as when it is started and completed, the maturity band, the recommended toolkit and which result link is clicked. Your individual answers, name, email address, organisation and role are never sent to analytics.
| Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Website usage analytics | Up to 2 years |
Marketing cookies
We do not currently use any marketing, advertising, or retargeting cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated before any such cookies are placed.
How to manage your choices
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking Cookie settings in the footer of any page on this website. You can also clear your browser's local storage or cookies to reset your consent choice. Your choice is stored on aibisystems.co.uk and check.aibisystems.co.uk only.
If you arrive at the diagnostic through a link that carries campaign labels, such as one from LinkedIn, the diagnostic holds those labels in your browser's session storage for the visit. They are not cookies, contain no personal data and are cleared when you close the tab. See our Privacy Policy for how they are used.
