Website analytics
Analytics cookies are only used where consent has been provided. Cookie choices can be changed using the cookie settings control in the footer.
Checkout processing
Payments and digital delivery are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. AIBI Systems does not receive full card details.
Support enquiries
Contact emails and order-related support information are used to respond to enquiries and provide product support.
Mailing list and free downloads
If you subscribe, or ask for a free download such as the Toolkit 0 pack, we collect your email address, and your name where the form asks for it. We use it to send what you asked for and, with your consent, practical AI governance emails and updates about AIBI Systems resources, the book and toolkits. We use MailerLite to manage the mailing list and Resend to deliver emails and attachments. When you subscribe on the website or ask for a free download, you confirm your subscription by clicking a link in a confirmation email. If you use the free diagnostic and tick the box to receive updates, you are added to the mailing list when you submit the form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by emailing hello@aibisystems.co.uk. Free downloads do not depend on staying subscribed. Our website forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam, and we may refuse addresses from known disposable email services.
Free diagnostic and where you came from
If you reach the diagnostic through a link that carries campaign labels (for example from a LinkedIn profile or post), we record four short labels with your submission: the source, medium, campaign and content name, such as "linkedin", "profile", "2026q4_profile" and "featured_diagnostic". We use them to see which channels bring people to the diagnostic so we can decide where to spend time. The labels contain no personal data and are kept with your submission in our mailing list platform for as long as we keep your subscription. If you submit again from a different link, the newer labels replace the earlier ones. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, in understanding how people find us. Your name and email address are collected separately, for the purposes you gave them for. The labels are held in your browser's session storage during your visit and are only sent when you submit the form.
Digital products
AIBI Systems does not require access to customer AI systems, prompts, models, datasets, source code, customer records, risk registers or completed toolkit evidence.
