Governance that cannot be evidenced is not governance. AIBI toolkits are designed to help you produce artefacts that can support audit conversations, customer assurance, board reporting and regulatory review where applicable.

I built AIBI Systems after seeing organisations respond to ISO/IEC 42001 by creating a second governance layer alongside their existing ISMS.
Separate registers. Separate policies. Separate evidence folders. Separate review cycles. All needing to be reconciled again when an audit, customer questionnaire or board request arrives.
The AIBI toolkits are the materials I wanted to have available: structured, evidence-ready and built around real implementation decisions rather than compliance theory.
They are not a platform. They are not a consultancy engagement. They are practical working documents you can open, work through and use to build a defensible AI governance evidence base.
The frameworks, scoring models and evidence architecture are built from practical governance and audit-facing experience: ownership questions, imperfect starting points, customer assurance pressure and the need to make governance work in real organisations.
Why AIBI Systems instead of a platform or large consultancy?
AIBI Systems is designed for organisations that want practical AI governance structure without immediately committing to a platform rollout or large consultancy engagement. The toolkits are downloadable implementation assets. You use them inside your own organisation, with your own systems, your own evidence and your own governance process.
Your governance data stays with you. When you use the downloaded AIBI toolkits internally, AIBI Systems does not host, access, process or monitor your AI inventory, risk register, evidence library, policies, assessments or implementation records.
- No platform migration required. Use the toolkits in your existing environment: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Confluence, a GRC platform or your existing evidence library.
- No vendor lock-in. The outputs are designed to strengthen the governance system you already operate.
