Toolkits are provided for governance support and internal planning. They do not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice, or a certification guarantee.
Standards references
Any references to standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 42001) are for alignment support. Organisations remain responsible for interpreting requirements and demonstrating conformance.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIBI Systems is not liable for losses arising from reliance on toolkit outputs without appropriate organisational validation and governance approval.
Permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, toolkits are licensed for internal use by the purchasing legal entity, including use by authorised advisers acting on its behalf. Redistribution is not permitted, and the licence does not grant independent or multi-client reuse rights. The full terms are in the Licence supplied with each toolkit, which prevails over this summary.
